Raising the Bar

Almost all law students who have sat for the California Bar Exam have complained about the length and (unnecessary) breadth of the exam. Now the Wall Street Journal has joined the debate with this article on how one of the premiere attorneys in the country failed her attempt to pass the infamous California Bar Exam. It turns out those who have been outwitted by the exam are in pretty good company.
