As I reflect again on the comment, having read it out loud, I see two interpretations, both of them being good interpretations.
Those who are wealthy don't have to worry about working and so have the time to relax.
Being wealthy is having time because time is what really matters (relationships, etc.).
Before I read it out loud, I had the first interpretation and made the Chris Rock comment. After reading it out loud I stumbled across the second interpretation. Not sure which interpretation Swid meant or which one you got.

As Chris Rock roughly puts it, Rich is Shaquille O'Neil. Wealthy is the guy who pays Shaquille O'Neil.
